Sean Glass does a buncha stuff in music. By day, he's running Win Records (Duke Dumont...), as well as working on the A&R and Marketing side for Glassnote Records (Phoenix, Mumford & Sons...). By night, he's a DJ putting on his own events everywhere from Soho House to Le Baron to some gigantic sweaty warehouse in Bushwick. He's DJ'd festivals like Coachella and Governor's Ball, and with artists like LCD Soundsystem, Diplo and even Lady Gaga.

Rubin has produced albums for Wu Tang, A&Red for Australian producer Flume, and flexed his creative direction and strategy skills for startups like Legitmix, Pulselocker, and LISNR. Overseeing Decon's music operations since 2011, including releases by Pusha T, Roc Marciano, and The Hood Internet, Rubin keeps Decon creating on the cutting edge.
